I take a holistic approach to counselling—seeing each person as a whole, not just a set of symptoms or challenges. My practice is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space for growth. My areas of focus include:
Neurodivergence – Supporting neurodivergent individuals and families in better understanding themselves and each other, while embracing strengths and working through challenges ( schooling etc)
Women’s Mental Health – Providing compassionate care through the unique experiences women face, including identity shifts, hormonal changes, motherhood, and societal pressures.
Depression and Anxiety – Offering tools, insight, and space to explore the roots of distress and gently move toward stability and peace.
Domestic Violence (DV) Support – Helping individuals rebuild self-worth, regain safety, and navigate life after trauma.
Relationships & Family Dynamics – Working with couples and families to improve communication, foster understanding, and strengthen bonds.

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me spending time with my own family, soaking up nature, horse riding , travelling or diving into the latest research in counselling and holistic health.
